Hi Mark and thank you for the comment. You bring up a point I only touch briefly on in this article — the patient. Over the past year, I have been a patient on several occasions and have experienced, first-hand, just how discombobulated the healthcare system can be for a patient. From figuring out medication administration to insurance forms and charges — it’s a full-time job. There is a lot of work for people like us to do (for both the healthcare professional and the patient) and a rather large mountain to scale. But, I like a good challenge.
