There are a ton of great points in your article. I especially enjoyed the points concerning how the interviewers often do not read their own job description and the argument you make concerning domain switching. I have often encountered interviewers who, when I asked them about a specific part of the job description, acted surprised or as if they didn’t even know that part was in the description. In terms of domains, I have always been a bit confused as to how mobile design is truly different from desktop applications. Yes, I understand there are differences. But, the conceptual aspects and design approach do not differ.
