I believe these conflicts often happen because teams become competitive or territorial for whatever reason. In so doing, they forget what the purpose is at the end of the day — the purpose is the user and building a product that will provide the best experience possible. If teams are too busy warring for attention or protecting their turf, you’ll no longer have a focus on building a great product. Good comments, once again, and thank you.
