Right and this was a major point I was trying to make with this piece. We are too focused on the “making it pretty” part of our work. We get stuck there, sometimes. As an “expert,” I am striving to consider the user experience from a holistic perspective. That involves a lot that I think has been discussed in our profession — cross-channel design, ecosystems, etc.
