Thanks, Benek. I would imagine the scenario could be worse in contracting and freelance roles. I find contracting work to often be with organizations not yet ready to fully commit to UX. They know they need someone to build the screens and focus on that part of the process, ignoring the research, testing and iterative phases. It’s almost as if you are a stop-gap for the organization to get to their next milestone or release. But that’s just my experience.
