Thanks, Koel, for sharing that. I think you make an important point concerning the people who must make these changes. This was one of the reasons I chose to include the quote from the Facebook employee. There really are several sides to this.

It’s probably a long, uphill battle. But I remain hopeful for change and continue to voice my opinion in meetings (even if no one listens).
