That’s great, Sascha, and thank you. But to be clear, the point I am making is most organization do not follow such models. We find ourselves working in organizations where change is difficult and we often must work with existing models. In short, you are making the same point as I. Organizations should move away from broken or flawed models. That’s a much larger problem (i.e. changing an organization) than proposing an ideal model.
