This is true and I don’t disagree. Some people, however, may see this as more of a challenge than a red flag. It is kind of fun to build out a new UX team in an organization. And, you can only expect it to be an uphill journey. But, there is a fine line between a challenge and a headache. That is, most people don’t want to spend the next 3–4 years in a position working 50% or more as a change manager.
