Well said, Matt. I think standardization is a necessity, whether we are discussing job titles or processes. I do, however, believe you cannot let standardization create a dogmatic environment. Some of the best experiences created in the past two decades completely broke the mold and they didn’t fit into any of our cookie-cutter processes.
