Wow, there are so many good points in here, Riana! Yes, absolutely — I think you underscore my point about deadlines and I am glad to know I am not the only one who feels this frustration. And, it is true we have to balance between delivery (picking up the pace) and quality. You are right in stating this is organizationally-driven. I am actually working on a series of articles right now discussing the problem with UX in relation to organizational behavior and culture.
