Yes, I can certainly empathize with the challenges you experience in working with non-design teams, Araxie. One of the ways I have been able to work around this is to educate and, of course, advocate for UX. I try to involve developers, BAs and product managers in the design process because they do influence the design. I have found a collaborative approach helps curb my frustration. But, I have also found that approach does not work in every organization. It always depends on the organizational culture.
